As a Sales Administrator with our agency, you will be responsible for providing all round administrative support to our team of highly successful sales agents, preparing REIQ approved documents, responding to email enquiries, managing online portals, and handling a variety of administrative and marketing tasks associated with new listings. You will also manage data base and CRM updating, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for both our agents and clients.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of prior administrative experience, exceptional computer skills, and keen attention to detail. While a current QLD Sales Registration certificate/licence is advantageous, it is not essential.
