How to report a Maintenance Request

Please enter your phone number into the form below, this must be the phone number that is linked to your rental agreement. You will receive a verification code to open the maintenance request form. Please complete the form and detail your maintenance request, providing images and location in the description field to ensure we can resolve the request as quickly as possible. These details will be sent direct through to our Team to action.

Please be aware, if a maintenance request is submitted as an emergency and it is not an emergency call out fees may be applicable. For further details on what classifies as an emergency, please see below the form submission.

Emergency Maintenance

If faced with an emergency outside of office hours, direct call the electrician or plumber listed on page 2 of your Tenancy Agreement OR call our emergency contact number: 0457 637 955

Emergency Situations

  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak on the property
  • a blocked or broken toilet
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • a failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the property for hot water, cooking or heating
  • a fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
  • a fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience a tenant
  • a serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area of the property that unduly inconveniences a tenant in gaining access to, or using, the property.
