Move In Day!

Collect your keys and Entry Condition Report from the RE/MAX Regency office in Robina

Ensure you complete your Entry Condition Report and return in person or upload here within 7 days of commencing your tenancy.

The Importance Of Your
Entry Condition Report

When moving into a new rental property, reviewing, and adding comments to the Entry Condition Report is vital. This report documents the property’s condition before you move in, protecting your rights as a tenant.

To comply with legislation, it must be returned within seven days. By carefully reviewing and adding comments, you can note any existing damages, defects, or issues, ensuring your voice is heard and preventing disputes later on.

You'll also be provided with a link to a Matterport scan, a 360 3D virtual tour showcasing the property's condition at the beginning of your tenancy.
RE/MAX agents are The Hometown Experts With a World of Experience. Our agents strive to maintain an active presence in their community. When speaking with a RE/MAX agent, you’ll find they have a thorough knowledge and understanding of: the local area; planned developments and infrastructure; and opportunities within the community. In doing so, they can better assist you with the sale of your new home.

Take control of your tenancy experience and prioritise this crucial task.
