  1. Hi, My husband and I would like to put an application in for the above property (14 Regensberg Close, Varsity Lakes QLD). We will be moving to QLD shortly, from Sydney – as I will be commencing studies in Medicine at Bond University and my husband is taking a Senior Project Engineer position in Beenleigh with Downer Group (Civil Engineer)- with a wage of around $155K + super. We own a unit in Sydney (9/13 Barsbys Ave, Allawah NSW 2218) – this is our current residence and has been for 4 years 10 months. Prior to deciding to study Medicine, I held a full-time allied health position with NSW health for 2 years and have worked full time in other allied health positions for 10 years. We are a married couple, with no children and no pets (though we would love to get a small dog in the coming year). We are looking for long term tenancy as I will be studying for the next 4 years. We are happy with the move in date (4th Aug 2022) and are happy to put down a couple of months rent up front to secure this property.
