  2. Hi Remax Team I would like to submit an application for this property but dont see an option on the releastate.com site to do this. We are a small friendly family of 3 looking for a new home on the Gold Coast. My company is growing its customer base in QLD and have asked me to relocate to QLD to head up this growth strategy. As a result, we are looking for an easy to maintain property that is family friendly and has good transport links to Brisbane and the Gold Coast airport. Good schools in the vicinity are also important for us. As we are currently based in Sydney we are happy to submit an application without an inspection as the photos look great and this looks like a perfect property for us. Most of my family life on the Gold Coast so I can get one of them to inspect the property if necessary . Kind Regards Jake
